I can only guess that people have more confidence with this company again. Considering the banks agreed to new conditions it can't be as bad as people were thinking. Winter is on its way, so I hope the cold will increase profits from this company with more power usage.

They also own a number of assets in power generation. And lets face it, the world needs power. With the world economy showing signs of picking up it means one thing, more power needed.

Or, like others have said, maybe someone is going to take this company over. That would be good. But bottom line is things are picking up.
