I have called nopta. They are waiting for the minsters for the extension of the permit. They got the application in February and been with them for 4 to 6 weeks.

they didn't meantion they received it last year only the one in February n waiting for that application or the email.

meanwhile meantion that this does take longer than other permit..which they did meantion its out of there hands and waiting for the email from minsters.

The extension is the major one to get approval without that everything else is irrelevant

another is the normal approval for This is 8 month for pep11 application which is October, they also meantion that they normally state n federal minister come to agreement, then they can add clauses for advent to follow.

so its going be a long wait. I meantion the environmental report due to the state minister n his Posse is against this n all due to environment and the public, So an updated report will help state minsters John barilaro n his crew to review the report and come to and agreement with Keith pitt and also give feedback to the public to put there minds at ease.

either way. Keith has to go over John barilaro head n make keith look like the bad boy or wait for more information like a new updated environmental report which is due soon or is running late.

hopfully the report changes John barilaro mind because if not Keith will have to go over his head and will take even longer because there a period of time keith needs to wait, maybe 30 days for John barilaro to have comments on kieth action or the over ruling on act of national interest or energy security.
