I phoned David Shirer, Investor relations and he confirmed that the distribution as stated is what will be paid out if the Banks/bond holders agree. That is NOT what I was told last time. Anyway, the Chairman and board want the distribution paid and NO other dividends can be paid until these distributions are paid. He was not sure on the "cumulative" side and will ask the quuestion. I thought he would have known. It will be very bad business if they do not pay out, because these are investments rather than shares.
The SP shot up nicely, maybe someone has faith. We will have to wait and see - as I said the 17th is coming up rather soon. M.
