    Tesco, I would urge everyone to reject a new board nominated by AS as it is likely that his unseen hands would still be running TZ.
    There is also the question of whether the new board nominated by the current one would have an independent audit of teh accounts which I believe is essential.
    I am unclear as to the section of teh Corporation Acts that deals with this regarding the delay it may cause. Perhaps some legal eagle can enlighten us.
