Its not just positivity it’s also factuals , one did work for a very large asx listed company and one was privy to all confidentiality and knows 1st hand what goes on behind the scenes....
You can not employ numerous ones with incredible talent to drive the business without them delivering the business $$$ to pay for their own and other staff wages, plus keep shareholders happy. (these talented people’s are working their buts off , they know they have to deliver and create $$$ )
Patience and time is a very big key essence for shareholders (those employed by shareholders know certain margins and GPS are required to keep them employed and they must attain % $ fig to keep themselves employed and shareholders happy)
