Hi W85,
Given your excellent working knowledge of the market regs, would it be true to say that the ASX after a primary evaluation allows release -as has happened here- then relies upon complaints before seeking clarification.
If this is the case,we have a short list of suspects who may be getting worried that FYI is starting to glow in the darkness of ignorance and so expose the smoke and mirrors of of some competitors.

Asculpeous is probably reading too much into it,but there is often a background story.
Your thoughts appreciated.
