you have the option of buying 1 share at 3.2c for every 6 shares you hold.
if you don't want to take up this option you can
sell your rights which are currently at 0.008c.
regardless of what the price of the rights are, your purchase price offer is still 3.2c, it's just the rights price that changes with the market price of SYA.
I believe this is how it works.
