You seem to be jumping the gun again Wanderer!
Firstly, how can you determine interest payments when a rate of interest and terms of finance haven't been announced to the ASX? This isn't a Bankable Feasibility Study, it's a Pre Feasibility Study.
Secondly, how did you come up with an estimate that it was $40/t to transport to Adelaide?
And thirdly, when have LCK said they are putting urea on B-Dubbles and transporting it to Adelaide? There is a rail network onsite with distribution from east to west. According to the PFS, importation costs are between $15-30/t (i.e - what Incitec Pivot pay to import from the Middle East and Asia) $40/t to Adelaide seems, well, rather expensive..
Also, how can you assume that LCK will have any transport costs, these costs could be absorbed by an offtaker.. As announced, LCK are in offtake talks with multiple parties, the terms of those agreements are unknown - and therefore, your guestimates are unsubstantiated and baseless.
Let's assume, your unsubstantiated guestimates are correct..... $233/t to produce and ''truck'' it to Adelaide.. How do you expect production at Gibson Island will continue, when the costs of producing urea alone for Incitec Pivot are $400/t..
