IP acquisition as a function of sp value V IP acquisition as a condition for vc hoa to move fwd needs further discussion here as I feel that like minds are discussing variations on a theme but are soap boxing from what seems like Parallel universes.

vc hoa if agreed in principal at their govt level, requires certain conditions be met, eg;

Site, coal reserve and IP acquisition.

If esi has a site, has coal reserve, and has IP in principal, awaiting legals only, then one can understand relative to para 3C of reporting regs why what was recently reported....was recently reported....

So Ip acquisition for acquisitions' sake would imply far less materially than acquisition for contractual condition's sake.

If we get IP anns sp may not move very much at all..perhaps 1.9 to 2.1c

If we get IP anns followed by coal reserve acquisition and or site allocation anns, then,,,,whoosh... 4.5c to 7.5c imho.

Has anyone else noticed that asx announcements tend to be ''overlooked " by the h/c automatic reporting system?
