I'm unsure what people are surprised about...Sure the offer price is lower than ideal, but STA have had to raise more equity than our pre-raise Market Cap. That's going to involve essentially doubling the register, and while the retail offer is open, a SP will be hovering around the retail offer price. These are all predictable price movements. Once the retail offer closes, all shares are issued, and profit takers sell off, we'll head back up IMO.
