A few years back an announcement of this nature would have moved the SP northwards, now it is having the reverse effect. CR in the short term is obvious and if offered to existing holders will probably be accompanied by another lot of free options. Not sure what uptake there will be from the long tremors, me included. Mentions in this thread of raise at 6 - 6.5 cents looking less and less likely as that seems to be where the SP is headed.
