I've never been on an ebike, but, I can imagine that for a commuter who has a few hills or perhaps a bit of distance to go - that they would really be a magic form of transport - if you had routes to suit
the overall operation costs in comparison to any form of public transport or something like a car - the difference per year would probably pay for a half decent annual holiday.
during shit weather you could cheat and use public transport or whatever.
I'm not tempted at all to go to ebike - up from MTB atm because I use the MTB for fitness as well as looking about the place - but, I can see in the future that one might have a place in the garage.
