Jaded, you got that one wrong. The "Boiler Component" is a mCHP fuel cell which is where they expect to capitalize most.

Boilers are widely deployed in cold climates to provide domestic and commercial heating and hot water. The total annual sales of these boilers is 5.55 million units.

So very soon, thanks to CFU and their German, France, UK and Japanese partners, the boiler will also generate your electricity requirements for a fraction of the cost. (90% efficiency) If CFU earns just $1k for each mCHP boiler produced that's $5.5 billion p.a. return.
