Just one job in the Health and Science space would be a minimum of 2-3 Interviews, and besides acquiring people with the appropriate qualifications would not happen overnight, don't kid yourself.

Maybe ask yourself why last week the SP was hitting 50 cents, today hitting -30% down from last weeks highs
