I have had a feeling for a while now that the Capex is going to come in under expectations. 15 - 20 % under.
The manner and language used in any recent announcements seems to say that this is definitely going to happen.
Lots of greens left over in the NT from the Claire Martin labour government days. They are not really greens , they are more just simply "anti development" types. They are scared, weird, frightened, little people.
It is great that TNG have held the course with this project.
