There's probably no point discussing what will happen in the future either. The stock will have 'Boy who cried wolf' syndrome anyway; so if positive things happen, the stock will be very sluggish to respond to that -- so basically, even if the mine will go ahead (whenever that will be), there will be a lot of opportunity to still buy in before the price surges.
