Thanks for the tire pump Rock Star. Rod-ders if you are talking about what is witheld from payment then it depends on each contractual arrangement. But for FOB I would go with this generic approach. Receive 90% of cargo value once Bill of Lading received. Receive last 10% accounted for adjustments based on disport analysis in China. So in reality you have 10% of 1 to 3 cargoes permanently tied up in working capital depending on the disport turnaround time.
