I am not sure how likely a T/O is, but i have mentioned before and would support a T/O by RMS.
I think they could do a part cash/script, but might push for an all script.... say 1 RMS for every 5 OBM.
It would mean OBM holder's investment is safe as i think RMS is a very well run company, and RMS holders get the additional mine and plant, which pays for itself, lots of upside and maintain their cash balance for something else if it comes along.
