    Greetings

I am Andrew Bell, a director of JMS, but I am writing in my capacity as Chairman of Red Rock Resources plc, a significant shareholder in JMS.

There has been some comment here and elsewhere which, while flattering to me, hardly does my colleagues justice. I claim no credit for strategies Red Rock has carried out, or that Jupiter continues. These are corporate strategies and the team has worked on them together.

In particular, it may be opportune to point out, since he has just resigned, quite unexpectedly, from the Red Rock board in order to build up the gold and gold treatment activities that are now almost the sole focus of his activities, the role of Ken Watson.

Ken has been my colleague in Red Rock and elsewhere for 5 years. He and I have been the two executive directors of Red Rock. So for whatever Red Rock has done, from listing to now, we share executive responsibility. No major strategy could exist without both of us being involved, and we constantly share ideas. What we have often called the Central Yilgarn Iron Ore strategy - a name given it by Ken - was tirelessly promoted by him, and without him could not have been either conceived, or developed as it has been.

That includes our involvement in Jupiter.

So I feel uncomfortable to be given undeserved praise as if I were the sole strategist and original source of all wisdom in our small operation.

It is a source of pride to us both, incidentally, that the new JMS management is now taking the baton and running with it. With their expertise and backing the things that Red Rock aimed at but could not unaided do, can now be done.

Thanks, and thanks for everything Ken,

    AB
