like any one would know what the "FEL-3" component part of the FEED meant, funny he specifically broke the FEED down to that section when said it was due in March so if you want to play that game PB let the market know how many components Are there?? and what's the time frame to complete each so you and SMS can be held accountable
and the investors aren't flying blind! he would
of known the expectation was the punters assumed FEED complete by March!
