Yep your calcs are right.
I treat options as buy now pay later. Good leverage on stocks that are likely to increase in SP but you don't have enough funds to load up heads. Just be aware of the due date for each option type. I've been loading on Bs since the SP hit 5c and it's worked out pretty well.
