whilst I agree that EM's posts as a driven AVZ promoter typically veer towards the best-case scenario, I wouldn't want to dissuade one of our more knowledgeable, articulate and research-heavy posters from contributing on this forum. There's also no problem with doing some potential future projections, which should always be part of a proposed LT holder's entry strategy.

Could there possibly be some more ranges used to reflect less positive scenarios, in the interests of objectivity? Sure. For instance all of these figures were based on 90% project ownership, which is a nice goal, but will we get there at 65% currently? Perhaps, perhaps not. In general I think everyone here should automatically consider that all HC posts be taken with a grain of salt - an implied disclaimer.

Anyway I thank EM for his continued hard work on behalf of AVZ - particularly on Twitter, and long may it continue
