They need 333 shareholders to take up their full entitlement of 100,000 shares($15,000) to fill the issue - they have about 350 shareholders currently with a parcel of 100k shares - most will look at the current price and say why bother - so I think they'll struggle to fill it unless they can produce some positive announcement within the next ten days to bolster the shareprice.
