Thank you for your reply, I like your thoughts on this statement when compared to your above explanation if you don't mind. This is part of a statement from the company today April 9th about the election.

The development strategy for Kvanefjeld is focussed on the production of rare earth elements, but also incorporates the by‐production of zinc, uranium and fluorspar. Uranium at Kvanefjeld occurs at relatively low grades compared to most primary uranium mines, however, it can be recovered at low incremental cost during rare earth production. It is not of great economic significance to the Kvanefjeld Project, however revenues along with those from other by‐products would serve to reduce rare earth production costs

I take this as saying uranium is an afterthought and we don't need to mine it but it will raise the cost of production. It appears strongly from your statement GGG cannot get around uranium and thereby make happy IA. Why would GGG imply this if it cannot be done?

I am not questioning your statement for it is pretty clear they will have to handle the uranium but more the idea GGG is saying that it is all good we will just leave it alone so let the ML move forward.
