Skol, how may properties do you have? Personally I can't be bothered dealing with repairs, maintenance, book keeping, tenants, councils, real-estate agents, gardner's, plumbers etc etc ... The gold I bought for $500 20 years ago has given me zero headaches and its worth almost $2,300 today hopefully more soon.
The silver I bought 2.5 years ago for $21 is worth $33 and zero headaches.
Each to their own I guess but maybe stop trashing so much other peoples choices. They are not idiots as you constantly imply.
