BAsed on the past dividend for NAB its a buy but as was rightly stated if this is cut its not so good.
I can guarantee right now that the divie after this current one will be well under 80 cents and be in fair decline for the next few years. (margins are only going to get tighter, interest rates can only rise and new competition is not going to go away)
Whats NAB worth on a 60 cent 6mth dividend? HOw about if they make a loss one year and cut the dividend altogether?
You cant say it wont happen.,
