How many properties do I have. 3 currently.......I've owned a lot over the years.., probably about 14. It's been very profitable and taken a minuscule amount of my time. Properties worldwide have gone absolutely ballistic the last few years because of the lowest interest rates in recorded history.

And it's got a return, and as we all know gold has zero return, a gold bar gathers dust. Have you taken into account the outlandish fees 'stackers' get ripped off by gold and silver dealers? I'll bet you haven't.

Silver is a terrible investment over any decent time period, and I'm going to post a chart to prove my point. If you'd bought silver in 1980 at US$52, you'd be down 85% inflation-adjusted, not exactly a winner. If you bought a property in 1980 and rented it out you'd have made an absolute killing.
