This wasn't meant ANYthing "bad" or derogatory.
As it was meant colloquial.

Many, many -in Fact the Most I think, guess- (extremely) complex, and also (veeeeery) Big Things starts small.
If you develop something from the Ground up, at least.
Some Months ago, just Example, also heard from Jeff Bezos, that He will start a "New Venture".
"Founded Kind of Special School", and teaching Kids with it, something that Direction I mean.
An he said it "will start small", again.
Like ALL Other Things he did, including AMAZON.
