    I think it is important to appreciate the volume of PASS that has to find a home Nanu. I think I read read somewhere that it amounted to a 40T truck every 6 minutes that has to be unloaded and disposed of in a safe manner. I can't see anyone that could lime treat that volume in all weather conditions and that is why the NAG pits are such a perfect fit for the NEL to treat its PASS subaquaeously
