well that's a weird idea. No need for someone to lose money for me to make money. You might want to re think it.
eg you own some shares - maybe you are the founder. Shares go to IPO. You sell them to sixtyonefour at $5. They go down to $2.01but he likes the shares and he holds them. In a couple of years sells them to me for $8. I later sell them for more. Etc
