The problem is, Pinto, that there's a plague of goddamn boneheads - a bit like a freaking zombie apocalypse, and many of them seem to get jobs as politicians and with big corporations, which by virtue of profits are inevitable compromised by the almighty dollar. I just don't see that changing, and thus we are doomed until a future pandemic takes out 80% of humanity and those remaining can have a second go at it. And even then, the surviving boneheaded zombies will persist and history will more than likely repeat. Paradise destroyed ! .
