Yeah we would need a catalyst for a break below. Don't really see it happening here with EXR. Could be wrong who knows.
EXRs fundamentals are outstanding and people are starting to value the company by market cap potential rather than price points on the chart. That's why our gaps hardly ever fill and our RSI is jacked.
I think that's why we always have a lag in the price jumping after an announcement. Traders are trying to enter via a pattern they have seen play out before on other stocks and then when it doesn't happen with EXR they all of a sudden pile in like 3 days later.. Booshka money in my bank
