I think management know what the announcement contains, and if funding has been approved the funding institute will know. Until Tuesday when the market will know.
the Trading halt refers to a ‘funding update’ - that is 100% correct. It doesn’t say approval of funding. However neither does it say credit raise.
It’s common knowledge that any bank funding would require companion equity likely by means of a credit raise.
management have noted there was only a single quarter of funding left and I admit that I was expecting a CR much earlier. A lot of non holders were highlighting this possibility - a lot.
mom confident that there will be a positive bank funding announcement because:
1) management held off on a credit raise - they didn’t raise money just because the balance was getting very low - this makes me think management were confident that funding and approvals (access to working capital) was close
2) after the TH tweets have come out highlighting the length of construction time and that all contracts are in place. Why - I think a reminder that the project is ready to go straight after funding.
3) when term sheets came out for bank A and B, whilst these were not binding, these were not heralded by a CR.
4) all other CR trading halts have referred to CR.
there have been holders on here that have been trying to promote their thoughts of why the company was likely to achieve funding.
There have been non holders that have been going out of their way to spout a narrative with very little supporting evidence.
The same reprobates have the audacity to suggest that people know the contents of announcements before the market is as ludicrous as the narrative they have tried to peddle.
The market will have the announcement on or before Tuesday, then we will all know what it is. I’m invested in the company because I believe it will be funded. I believe that funding is very close - though it may not be fully binding. But I’m excited.
hopefully this forum will return to one of shared assessments based on actual information that is available and discoverable- rather than white noise from a group of chicken littles.
