I bought a few today for the first time. My thinking is - new strategy, strong new shareholders coming in, technology becoming hot and verified overseas, regulatory progress soon (hopefully), potential deal to add value. Usually means something will happen or else M&A if it stays this cheap. Fingers crossed!
