Based on its history. Ten years ago they had a range of 200km. Next year, Tesla is bringing out one with a 1000km range. So based on battery technology advancements over the ten year period. I.e multiple of five. Range in ten years will be 5000km.
Similarly price is dropping and based on history, you're looking at 7-8 years and they will match ICE vehicle prices.
The changeover will take a few years more years than that and people are often scared of change so I can't predict that one.
