No, not by 2030. The tech will be there. I.e. like for like, EVs same as ICE.
Like I mentioned, I don't know the transition timeline of people and their fear of change.
Maybe the majority of cars sold new being EVs by 2030. But majority of cars on the road being EVs maybe more like 2040-2045 but that's an estimate.
