I may as well pass this information on, as it's not what you'd call "price sensitive"
It's regarding the upcoming AGM.
The company did advise that the meeting was going to be a "virtual meeting" at 11am Sydney time on the 26th May 2021.
This morning, 30 minutes ago, I received an email from the interim CEO, passing on the following information, which I think interested parties may like to know, by the way, I wasn't asked to or not to share this with Hot Copper shareholders, it's just me being informative.
The ASX won't allow the company to host a virtual AGM, so the company is looking at options, but more than likely It'll be a Hybrid Meeting....so we can all expect an update once the company has decided the best way forward.
