I don't see how Computershare can offer any rights to people when they are still owned by the holders until 5pm on 12th of June. At that time if there are any that haven't been paid for the management of CTP have reserved the right to sell or give those rights to whoever they see fit. Computershare can't even know if there will be any left until it's all over.

Perhaps Computershare were expecting you to buy 30k more rights that are available on market & then they would then use the excess money to pay for them.
