The problem is HGO keep issuing new shares at below market price and thus significantly undervaluing their ESG asset. Theres no point having exposure to ESG through HGO if they keep diluting existing holders to keep hold of their ESG shares and options. They should either sell some of their ESG or raise capital via a rights issue in which all existing shareholders can participate.
