We both agree that both Christians and Muslims were victims of each religious dogma pushing their faithful to kill. Don't forget Crusade 1 & 2. It was believed that Crusade 2 took 40 days of nights and days of slaughter in Jerusalem on the non-believers Muslims. Both sides comitted attrocities. Now that we believe currently the Islam ideology is driven by hate, you could replace Christians with US but that is going off tangent.
I am not a fan of Islam in the now period, having sample what it is like to live under such heavy restrictions BUT I think it is more a a case of iblind following of literal specific hadith that specifies in very clear language the daily life of a "good" Muslim. Flip the bible and you literally have to read between the lines to understand the guidelines.
If I may go on and comment on my experiences of being a RC then what I deem more liberal Christian. It is chalk and cheese bewteen the 2 branches loosely classifying them. Islam only has that conservative branch unless of cource you include Bahai and the the other 'head rotating' one. Shia/Sunni - RC/Church of England/ Russian and various orthodox all practice more rituals then actually teachings about the simpler themes of love and positiveness. A general statemenmt so not going to argue on any specifics.
Islam is quite clear, infidels faces death including apostacy. I always joke that Muslims only have to stop eating bacon/pork but can have 4 wives, kill in his name and get 72 virgin. You can't beat this marketing statement! LOL But if you agree that the current state of islam is not very compatible with our socialist/capitalist structure of innovation, knowledge discovery and ultimately $ making, you can understand why I think the beat up on China and pretending to be on the side of the Muslim Uighrs are a total farce. You can see that some posters can live with this contradiction and it is their right to do what the fook they want but not me.
Ever heard of Rohingas? Where was the world when these desperate folks were driven out of Burma? To add insult to injury, our press are jumping up and down crying for the Burmese protestors and wanting justice for Dr. Ang who publicly defended the Burmese military on their Rohinga actions. Their concerns aren't for those protestors but the strategic geography of Burma to the Chinese.
If that is a CCP stooge than that is because the accuser can only read propaganda because it stimulate their bias.
