Yup were still all here invested big. Just been busy doing other projects in other stocks. Also Im hearing the fed funding wont come till late may or june, But may be a bit more. as it 20 -25 mill. and thats grant. However also hearing the bank financing is getting closer (but cant figure how to confirm the bank finace without the grant confirmed first? maybe they know something we dont.

Absolutely agree that my estimate of dilution is worst case and probably overstates what will likely occur. Not sure I would go as low as your estimate though. Suspect they need existing cash plus maybe more as WC to tide them over to production. Good pick with the options - completely slipped my mind even though I have some.
