Just spoke to David Sparling.
What he can say is feasibility study is finished, jobs for "national interest" projects are filled and they a specific facility that has been kept empty specifically to help government and is ready to go.
Just waiting now for the word from Government that they have work to do. Unfortunately governments are notoriously slow as we all know.
Their facility can produce vaccines in fact the part of their 12000sqm site that can do that is the same size as CSL!!
