Agreed but disclosure is exactly what I'd like. The replies have been non-committal as per your "it's definitely an option". I'm asking for more clarity on what they're planning to do & what it will cost. They would have a very good handle of what to expect from the proceeds of the property sale at a minimum so should know of their cash position going forward. The way they're handling it is like "trust us". Withholding strategy/forward capital expenditure estimates keeps me as an investor blind as to my own investment decisions as whether I see reason to maintain my ownership. I'm happy to pay for the ride/ticket.....as long as I have an idea of where I'm being taken!
