no such thing as a sure thing.....I bought back into IDT mid last year for just this likelihood.....or even more local drug manufacturing!
But numerous stocks have taught me there is no certainty....QMC was biggest example...backed by the State Government ...guaranteed yield...metal of the future....yeah yeah.....
