So who would want to cap the price & sabotage the SPP ??
Can only think of two answers .....
1) a big pharmo looking at a take over ....
2) or perhaps Freedmont who stand to loose if PRR raises additional funds via SPP & doesn't need to draw down on the $12 million credit facility !!
Perhaps ASIC should look into this, as to my understanding, manipulating a share price is an offence, & these guys have "history" according to previous postings on HC !!
Let an unmanipulated market rule I say.
