Thanks for the post
it will be great if BLR can have the press release at least on their website if not on ASX.
i was having some thoughts and doing some research on the matter.
1. have a look at this webpage-

news i just found to "go against uranium mining in fremonth county". I dont like it that some of the locals are still strongly opposed to this. However your article has painted the picture clearly that BLR is trying to do its best to promote a safe mining operations( that's why, insitu is not in the picture according to MH. He is clever enough to know that the ISL method is "hated" by the locals.
2. have a look at the next webpage, where the "new" mining rules for colorado has been drafted. it includes a lot more information on ISL mining

3.Uranium one and the major issue in Kazakhstan at the moment.
Uranium One Inc. is a Canadian-based uranium producing company with a primary listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the JSE Limited (the Johannesburg stock exchange). The Corporation has a 70% interest in a Joint Venture in Kazakhstan that owns the Akdala Uranium Mine, which is currently in operation and the South Inkai Uranium Project, which commenced pre-commercial production in 2007. The Corporation also has a 30% interest in a Joint Venture in Kazakhstan that is developing the Kharasan Uranium Project. In the United States, the Corporation has applied for a licence to construct and operate an ISR facility at Moore Ranch in the Powder River Basin and at JAB/Antelope in the Great Divide Basin of Wyoming. In addition, Uranium One owns the Dominion Uranium Project in South Africa and the Hobson – La Palangana ISR project in Texas
have a look at their main mines
Akdala Uranium Mine - ISL
Akdala is an operating acid in situ recovery uranium mine located in the Suzak region of South Kazakhstan Oblast, approximately 470 km north of Shymkent, Kazakhstan. Commercial operations at Akdala commenced in January 2004, following a 2.25 year pilot-plant testing program.
Akdala is owned 100% by the Betpak-Dala Joint Venture, in which Uranium One has a 70% interest. The balance of the interest in the Betpak-Dala Joint Venture is owned by KazAtomProm, the Kazakh State uranium company.
Akdala is currently producing at a rate of 1,000 tonnes uranium (2,600,000 lbs U3O8) per year, with Uranium One’s share of production being 700 tonnes uranium (1,800,000 lbs U3O8) per year.

I think BLR's taylor ranch is definitely on the path to be as good as or on par with the main deposit as shown above. HOWEVER, IT WILL BE UNDERGROUND mining and WILL COST MORE. Now, if they have a joint venture,, this will cut the cost significantly.
for uranium one to joint venture with BLR will be highly symbiotic for both comapanies and it will get BLR going and reduces the "sovereign risk" for uranium one.
4. BLR has not done any capital raising as it has enough capital work with. so, currently there no share dilution. I dont mind if they have a capital raising to secure more funds, in case the crisis worsens and is prolonged, but that can be done when the share price is a lot higher ( less dilution)
I personally thinks that BLR is undervalued and will either be taken over or have a JV underway. It has the goods in the ground and they are not dirt. (but dirt cheap) they will be as good as gold in the coming energy crisis
your constructive comments/discussions are welcomed
all the best
PS: the financial crisis is not over and will still affect share prices
