How is he a creditor? He has many more shares than most of us put together but still just a shareholder. He loaned money at exorbitant interest rates and lost. Where is he a creditor. I don't doubt you. Just want to know how he sleazed through and hoodwinked the rest of us. Can we fight this underhand sale?
