You have to recognise that
Warburton is a town that operates on daylight.
The dark hours are danger, as gangs roam.
Laverton has a pub and a bush hospital.
I had a small operation there to remove a sharp mulga splinter
when I slipped with a mining tool.
The indigis are now first nation by the way; operate on a different scale.
Laverton too is not safe at night.
The servo, owned by the land council,
is operated by outsiders - now Indian, I'm told.
I lived 22k out at Granny Smith, where there are no attractions for FN or ATSI's
