    Thanks @nightflyer sounds like it's hard to be certain why the ship stopped in Osaka and you're spot on that there is battery and lithium industry there. Livent send product there that is used to produce lithium precursors.
    I was looking as to if it's possible that the other potential converter agreement might be with a Japanese company. (To build) Perhaps a process is being trialled if any spodumene was dropped off.
    Lepidico considered Japan as a location to build a plant there because of the availability of some key requirements, and also the ability to dispose of of by products in the production of lithium chemicals.
    The country is going to have an insatiable demand for lithium, and the recent political posturing of moving business outside of China indicates a possibility that they like the Koreans with POSCO would like to secure their lithium future.
    As Galaxy might use their raw materials in Canada to wrangle their way into a converter, so too might Pilbara use their raw materials to do the same thing. Raw materials are becoming more valuable, because you cannot make the other good stuff without it.
    Can I ask, do you know how often POSCO receives shipments?
