    Yes I will guess that MSC will underwrite around $3 million of the SPP and current minority shareholders will take up less than $1 million of the new shares.
    And with very little real promotion of the issue.
    An unnecessary issue designed to increase MSC's percentage share of BCD from 22.5% to 26%.
    If MSC doesn't partially underwrite the SPP then it's doomed without broker support and promotion.
